Spotton Stands Out in Chula Vista Shutout Tuesday, April 18th , 2084 All went well for Bill Spotton of the Chula Vista Ghouls as he pitched his team to a shutout victory, 2-0, over the Hicksville Sumos, limiting them to 5 hits. In the postgame interview, both managers had glowing things to say about Spotton on the day. "Bill's got a good selection of pitches he can throw at a guy," said Ghouls manager . "He changes speed, gives different looks to different hitters. When he's on his game, he's quite a handful." In the contest, the Chula Vista right-hander rang up 6 and surrendered no walks.
