Burks 5-for-5 for Ghouls Tuesday, August 14th , 2085 No matter what the Hicksville Sumos threw at him, Chris Burks hit it. He easily handled Sumos pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Ghouls triumph, 10-1, at Field of the Ghouls. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Burks's quip, Sumos skipper said he "would take him up on that next time." Chris Burks singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Matt Simon in the 6th and doubled in the 8th.
