Birds Valenciand Gone for Year Wednesday, August 4th , 2083 It was announced today in Cincinnati that Birds reliever Danny Valenciand will be on the mend for 5-6 months because of a torn labrum he sustained in a recent game against the Honolulu Axemen. Valenciand was injured throwing a pitch. This season, Valenciand has made 11 relief appearances with no saves. His won-lost record is 0-1 with a 14.34 ERA. |
