Ivison Reaches 2000 Sunday, September 22nd , 2080 It took quite a few years to do it, but Domynguos Ivison finally did it. The Rangers first baseman swatted hit #2000 this afternoon at Sony Field at Philadelphia, but still came up short in the victory column. The Philadelphia Spectres came away with a 7-2 win over Buffalo. Ivison was 1-for-4 in the loss. In his career, Ivison is batting .298 with 2000 hits, 138 home runs, 1003 runs scored and 890 RBIs.
