Aniani Batters San Francisco Big Time Wednesday, July 8th , 2076 No matter what the San Francisco Friars threw at him today, Kamakana Aniani hit it. He easily handled Friars pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Rangers to a 14-8 triumph at Bison Stadium. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Aniani's quip, Friars skipper Jeremy Cooan said he "would take him up on that next time." Kamakana Aniani singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 5th and hit a solo-shot off Alex Gutierrez in the 8th.
