Rangers Hand Spectres 6-3 Loss

A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Buffalo Rangers and Philadelphia Spectres.
The Buffalo Rangers grabbed a win, 6-3, over the Philadelphia Spectres at Sony Field at Philadelphia. Buffalo shortstop Josh Beauchesne was 2 for 4 with a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Picking up the win was Mike O'Keefe. He went 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits. The right--hander struck out 3 and walked 5. Miguel Soto finished the game for Buffalo and earned his 14th save.
Buffalo used the clutch hitting of Matty Hrinko to capture the win. The left fielder drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to give the Rangers the lead, 4-3. For the game, Hrinko had 1 single and 1 double in 4 at-bats.
"This is truly a great team to play with," Beauchesne said after the game. "We're like brothers, and when we come together to pull out the win, that just makes it all the better."
The win makes Buffalo 40-20.
