Oregon Lifts Rangers to 10-7 Win
Emilio Oregon added some punch to the Buffalo offense, helping them outmuscle the Toronto Juggernauts, 10-7. In the game, Oregon, who led the EC in RBI with 137 in 2075, slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Abel Downey recorded the save, his 9th. Buffalo, now 84-76, holds down first place in the Eastern Conference Solano Antas Division.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the top of the sixth, with the game tied, Matty Hrinko was at the plate when Buffalo scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the Rangers to go in front, 6-5.

"We knocked the fire out of the ball," said Buffalo manager Alex Beckman. "The guys swung the bats pretty good, and that's fun to see."
