Rangers Suffer Blowout Loss to Juggernauts
|
The Buffalo Rangers took it on the chin, losing, 11-2, to the Toronto Juggernauts. Edwin Bonomi pitched a strong game for Toronto. With the win, Toronto has a record of 77-78. Buffalo falls to 79-75.
Toronto won the game in part because of Matt Reifman. The first baseman ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Juggernauts ahead, 4-0. For the game, Reifman had 1 double and 1 home run in 2 at-bats.
Buffalo manager Alex Beckman called the blowout loss "a real stinker."
