Starting pitcher Jose Uresti gave the Cincinnati Twins a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Toronto Juggernauts, 2-1, at Cincinnati Grounds. The third-place Twins hiked their record to 21-20.

Cincinnati took control in the bottom of the seventh. With no one out and a runner on 2nd, Nick Phipps hit a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Twins.

"The Twins earned it," said Toronto manager Marc Arnold. "Hats off to them."
