|
Jeff Umlah pitched a gem to lead Miami to victory over the Boston Greens, 3-1. Umlah, now 1-8, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 5, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. The victory makes Miami 46-97.
Gurmu Jemadari had a critical at-bat with two out in the top of the seventh for Miami. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Miami in front, 3-1.
