Kroger Stadium played host to some exciting baseball.

Cosmo Rothman helped his team muscle past the Los Angeles Stars, 7-6. In the game, the Miami first baseman was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Miami, with the win, is 2-1.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Rothman hit a curveball from Ricky Minjarez for a run-scoring single. The Cyclones, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"This place sure got loud," said Chris Stephan, the Miami manager.
