Aces Earn Late Win

Western Coliseum was host to some action-packed drama.
The Las Vegas Aces had to overcome a good performance from Toronto pitcher Luis Basurto to claim a 3-2 win at Western Coliseum. Basurto went 6 innings and allowed no runs. Ricardo Riveron, credited with the win in relief, is now 2-4. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1 innings.
Las Vegas got a knockout punch from Manichiro Kawasaki. The third baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
Kawasaki said his team "played with focus."
Las Vegas occupies 4th place in the Western Conference Felipe Solorzo Division at 41-51.
