Dave Quintero of the Havana Metropolitanos humiliated the Portland (E) Lobster at Estadio Latinoamericano, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 5 hits.

"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Portland (E) manager Matthew McExpos, after the game.

Quintero whiffed 9 and walked 2 in the 7-0 win.

"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Quintero said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."

So far this year, Quintero has compiled a 5-5 record with a 3.60 ERA.
