Seals Lose Shourov for 4 Months Monday, August 7th , 2084 Ravinder Shourov has to call it a season. The Victoria Seals starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Glendale Beachcombers and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Shourov was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as shoulder inflammation and stated that he would not be able to play for 4 months. Shourov has made 18 starts so far this year and put up a 12-2 won-lost record with a 2.18 ERA. In 119.2 innings he has allowed 113 hits, walked 31 and struck out 115. |
