Barons Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Thursday, July 11th , 2086 Did anyone think the Grand Blanc Barons had a chance at the postseason this year? It was already quite unlikely, and now even the smallest hopes have been dashed -- the team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. The Barons have missed the playoffs 92 times in their 97 years as a RSL Single A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 27th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2059. Grand Blanc has won the League Championship 2 times in their history. |
