5-for-5 Game for Consiglio Saturday, July 22nd , 2084 The Victoria Seals stopped the Gilbert Bulldozers by a score of 9-4 at Victoria Park, with the lion's share of the credit going to second baseman Cristoforo Consiglio. The 21-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Consiglio said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Consiglio did just that in his 5 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Bulldozers. "Not much that I can say," offered Gilbert manager . "He just hammered the heck out of us." Cristoforo Consiglio hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run triple in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
