Monday, July 3rd , 2084
Doctors in Shreveport said Adam Cooperman might not play anymore this year. The Blackbirds reliever suffered a torn labrum during a game against the Hoxie Scots and will be out for at least 10 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.
Currently Cooperman has 10 relief appearances, saving 5. His record is 1-0 with 9 strikeouts in 13.2 innings and a 3.95 ERA.
