Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Mastic Beach Thursday, June 29th , 2084 The Mastic Beach Polecats will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2084 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Mastic Beach was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Mastic Beach last appeared in the postseason in 2057. This is their 27th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 79 times in their 95-year history. Mastic Beach has won the League Championship 5 times in their history. |
