Marrufo Selected BC Player of the Week Monday, June 19th , 2084 Carlos Marrufo stepped up to the plate in a big way last week and today he took home the Beta Conference Player of the Week honors. The Gilbert first baseman ripped opposing pitchers for 12 hits in 25 at-bats and 2 home runs. He put together a sizzling .480 batting average as he knocked in 5 runs and scored 6 times. At present, Marrufo is batting .320 with 54 hits and 6 home runs. He has knocked in 27 runs and scored 21 times. |
