Season Possibly Over for Kelvin Cordova Sunday, June 4th , 2084 The season is ending on a bad note for Kelvin Cordova, starting pitcher for the Toledo Red Dragons. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Cordova was hurt against the Hillsboro Ensigns while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will be out for at least 12 months. Looking at his season stats, Cordova has won 6 and lost 1, collecting 55 strikeouts and 15 walks in 76.1 innings with a 2.36 ERA. |
