Week's #1 Player Honored by BC Monday, July 30th , 2085 Brancher Weeks is respected by most Murfreesboro Rifles fans for his no-frills style of play. The 20-year-old center fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Beta Conference Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .619 average (13-for-21) with 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. In the current season, Weeks has put up a .285 batting average with 84 hits, 9 home runs, 33 runs batted in and scored 36 runs. |
