The Math Says - Stingers Out of Playoffs Friday, July 20th , 2085 The Salt Lake Stingers never had much playoff hope this season anyway, but now it's official -- the team has been mathematically eliminated from the postseason. Salt Lake last appeared in the postseason in 2080. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 64 times in their 72-year history.
