Fairbanks Mathematically Eliminated from Playoffs Thursday, July 12th , 2085 It's back to the drawing board for the Fairbanks Goldpanners. The club's efforts at building a championship contender fell short this year, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Fairbanks last appeared in the postseason in 2061. This is their 24th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 87 times in their 96-year history. Fairbanks last won the League Championship in 2051. |
