AC Star of the Week Honored Monday, July 2nd , 2085 This past week the best batter in the Alpha Conference was Tom Wellon, who banged his way to the Player of the Week Trophy. During the week the Plano center fielder compiled a .440 batting average (11-for-25) with 3 home runs, 11 runs batted in and scored 7 runs.
