Chicas Heads AC Best Player List Tuesday, September 14th , 2083 Luis Chicas took RSL Double A by storm this year, and he did it all at the age of 23. For his spectacular campaign, the Lexington Partisans star has been named the 2083 Alpha Conference Outstanding Hitter Award recipient.
