Propenzicotti Tags Reds for 5 Hits Friday, August 6th , 2083 Giuseppe Propenzicotti was at the head of a Fremont hit parade at Ballpark of Fremont. The shortstop went to the plate 5 times and came away with 5 hits, sparking the Leeches to a nice 17-0 victory over the Aurora Reds. "I told the guys in the dugout, just be thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging Propenzicotti told reporters after the game. "Seems like it worked out well for us today." Reds skipper said later that the club gave up "too much plate." "Not the way we planned it," he said. "Every hitter in the league will rip you when you do that." Giuseppe Propenzicotti hit a two-run single in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and doubled in the 8th.
