Rockford Out of Playoff Race Monday, July 17th , 2084 Henry Rowland said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Rockford Bulldogs after they missed the RSL Double A playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. The Bulldogs have missed the playoffs 83 times in their 95 years as a RSL Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 8th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2076. In the last 10 seasons, the Bulldogs have only made the playoffs once. Rockford last won the League Championship in 2032. |
