It was already quite unlikely, and now even the smallest hopes have been dashed -- the team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. This is the club's 6th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2078. In total, the Dukes have missed the playoffs 85 times in their 95-year history.
