Flores Fires Shutout in Marfa Victory Friday, August 3rd , 2085 Victor Flores had an impressive outing at Miami Beach Park, hurling the Marfa Lights to a 4-0 shutout victory over the Worcester Commodores. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Worcester skipper said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the right-handed Flores yielded 7 hits and tallied 7 strikeouts with no walks.
