Sanchez Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games Sunday, July 15th , 2085 Partisans left fielder Guillermo Sanchez has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 1-for-5 in today's game against the Tulsa Metalheads. Lexington won the ballgame, 11-8. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Guillermo Sanchez grounded out in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, struck out in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. So far this year, Sanchez is hitting .312 with 21 home runs. |
