Robbie Restrepo Injured, Out for Season Wednesday, July 11th , 2085 The season is finished for Robbie Restrepo of the Scottsdale Crawdads. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Crawdads right fielder suffered a broken bone in the elbow while running the bases in a recent game against the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. Team doctors said it would take at least 6-7 months to heal. Looking at his season stats, Restrepo has compiled a .194 batting average and a .271 on-base percentage, while hitting 3 home runs and driving in 17 runs. |
