Inamura Slams 5 Hits for Fremont Thursday, April 12th , 2085 It was a parade of hits for Masami Inamura of the Fremont Leeches at Anchorage Grounds. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Inamura finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Leeches to a win, 10-3. "Inamura was really good and we were really bad," groaned Longbows manager . "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Masami Inamura singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
