Roadsters Hopkins Lost for Year Saturday, July 13th , 2086 The Fremont Roadsters will be minus Perry Hopkins for about 5-6 months after the starting pitcher suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Chula Vista Ghouls. Hopkins and Roadsters skipper had been hoping the post-game examination would show less damage than originally thought. In 12 starts this season, Hopkins has notched a 1-4 record and a 3.64 ERA. |
