Anaheim Loses Tomoyoshi Yamamoto, Will Miss Season Tuesday, July 18th , 2084 The season is apparently over for Tomoyoshi Yamamoto. The Anaheim Rage medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 6 months with a torn meniscus. Yamamoto was hurt in the game against Norfolk while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Yamamoto's record this season is 3-and-0 with 1 save and a 4.67 ERA. He has given up 24 hits in 27 innings with 28 strikeouts. |
