Eney 5-for-5 for Thorns Tuesday, May 9th , 2084 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Norfolk's 29-2 win over Baton Rouge, catcher Ben Eney was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Norfolk Grounds. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Eney said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Ben Eney hit a GRAND SLAM off Jim Unknown in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and walked in the 7th.
