Wichita's Najar Collects June Batting Honor Thursday, July 1st , 2083 Cesar Najar made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Alpha Conference this past month. The Wichita Riversharks designated hitter shined through the month of June and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 24-year-old hit .340 with 12 home runs, 29 RBIs and 24 runs scored. Najar on the season is hitting .292 with 22 home runs. His stats include 55 RBIs and 46 runs scored. |
