Season Over for Yoshino Yada in Chesapeake Thursday, July 12th , 2085 Yoshino Yada will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Chesapeake starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Yada was injured while throwing a pitch in the Rams-Mallards clash at Rams Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a stretched elbow ligament and would be out a minimum of 10-11 months. This year, Yada has posted a record of 1 win and 3 losses with a 4.68 ERA. He has appeared in 5 games and struck out 18 in 25 innings. |
