Diego Sotelo kept the Hoxie Scots hitters from doing much damage at Scots Ballpark.

Hoxie could only muster 7 hits and draw 1 walk against the right-handed Sotelo, who controlled them throughout the game. Lake Dalecarlia won the contest, 14-0. Sotelo added 5 strikeouts in his complete-game effort.

"I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Sotelo told reporters after the shutout win. "But whatever it was, I hope it happens again next time."
