Beta Conference Top Player Is Corrales

The future looks extremely bright for Tony Corrales. At the age of 21, many players are still trying to find their way in RSL Single A.
Corrales has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the Beta Conference Outstanding Hitter Award.
"I didn't expect to hit .348 this year, that's for sure," the right fielder said.
The Salt Lake Stingers star also put up a .402 on-base percentage this year, with 152 hits, 23 doubles, no triples, 21 home runs, 70 RBIs and 59 runs scored.
He received 29 first place votes out of a possible 30. Minoru Kume of the Salt Lake Stingers finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Ramon Chirino of the Victoria Seals finished third.
