Beta Conference Champs Crowned: East Lansing Mighty Gulls Sunday, August 8th , 2083 Members of the East Lansing Mighty Gulls say winning the Beta Conference title is special, but ultimately they will only be remembered with a championship season. "We want to put ourselves in the history books and win the League Championship," said shortstop Orlando Mondragon. "We all believe it can happen, it's just a matter of putting in the hard work and getting the breaks." It's the 6th division win for the club and they will be vying for their 2nd League Championship win. "To see the team get here, it makes you believe in yourself and all the systems you've put in place," said the team's manager. |
