Season-Ending Injury for Aiichiro Tsukamoto Wednesday, June 24th , 2076 Earlier today, Scott County reliever Aiichiro Tsukamoto had to leave the game against Paradise because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn rotator cuff and will miss 8 months of play. Tsukamoto was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. So far this season Tsukamoto has worked 49 innings in 5 relief appearances with 0 saves. He has dished out 47 strikeouts and walked 10 with a 2-3 mark and a 4.04 ERA. |
