BC Announces Outstanding Batter Award Wednesday, June 1st , 2078 Tony Corrales has a lot going for him. The Salt Lake right fielder just broke into the majors this year and now the Beta Conference has just picked him as its top hitter for May. In 27 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .418 with 6 home runs, 16 RBIs and 17 runs scored. Corrales is hitting .366 for the season with 11 home runs, 32 RBIs and 29 runs scored. He has 68 hits in 186 at-bats and played in 50 games. |
