Season Possibly Over for Joe Mellott Saturday, June 1st , 2080 Joe Mellott had to leave the Incas game against Glendale after suffering a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch. He will be out of the lineup at least 8 months. He told reporters, "I just felt a sharp pain when it happened. I knew there was something wrong." So far this year, Mellott has been credited with 1 save, registered a 2.50 ERA and struck out 26 in 18 innings. He also has a 2-1 record. |
