Landin Sizzles in No-Hitter Saturday, May 25th , 2080 Lake Dalecarlia is abuzz in the wake of a masterful no-hitter by Julio Landin. The 21-year-old hurler was dominating against the Hoxie Scots, leading the Saxons to a 1-0 win at Saxons Ballpark. "I could tell early on that it was going to be a long day for us," Hoxie manager said afterward. "He made us look real bad. He was that good. And still going strong at the end of the game." Landin had 10 strikeouts and gave up 1 walk en route to the no-hitter. "Yeah, this was a special day for me," Landin said. "I had my good stuff and good movement. Good location, too.
