Victoria's Cardosa to Miss Season Friday, May 10th , 2080 The doctors have spoken and Ari Cardosa of the Victoria Seals didn't like what he heard. The 19-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Cardosa sustained his season-ending injury during the Murfreesboro Rifles game yesterday at Rifles Stadium. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Victoria medical staff reported Cardosa had a torn rotator cuff and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4-5 months. |
