Gil Eckenroth Injured, Out for Year Wednesday, April 17th , 2080 The season is ending on a bad note for Gil Eckenroth, starting pitcher for the Paradise Gecko. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Eckenroth was hurt against the Scott County Cougars while throwing a pitch. He suffered a stretched elbow ligament and will be out for at least 9-10 months. |
