Joe Wadell Injured, Out for Year Monday, April 8th , 2080 The season is finished for Joe Wadell of the Salt Lake Stingers. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Stingers starting pitcher suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Glendale Beachcombers. Team doctors said it would take at least 5 months to heal. |
