Gomez Whacks 3 out of the Park for Saint Paul Wednesday, July 24th , 2075 Danny Gomez was in home run mode in the 5-4 Saint Paul Incas win over the Corpus Christi Golden Bears today. Gomez tortured the Golden Bears, cracking out three home runs and going 3-for-5 with 4 RBIs and scoring 3 runs. "When you're hot, you're hot," said a grinning Gomez in the postgame press conference. "I got some good pitches to hit and got a good swing going today. I cannot believe it happened. I was like, 'I don't know what I'm doing.'" Danny Gomez flied out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Justin Heinritz in the 5th, struck out in the 7th, hit a two-run home run off Tom O'Grady in the 9th and hit a solo-shot off Tom O'Grady in the 11th.
