Hammers Chai Lost for Year Tuesday, July 27th , 2083 Kuan-tai Chai will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the St. Louis left fielder could miss the remainder of the year. Chai was injured while running the bases in the Hammers-Greens clash at Royals Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a broken bone in the elbow and would be out a minimum of 5 months. Chai is batting .333 this season in 53 games with 1 home run, 3 RBIs and 2 runs scored. He has 11 hits in 33 at-bats. |
