Year Ends for Victor Beraza in New Orleans Thursday, July 22nd , 2083 The season is apparently over for Victor Beraza. The New Orleans Blues medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 9 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Beraza was hurt in the game against Aguascalientes while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This year, Beraza has worked 78.1 innings with 51 strikeouts en route to a 7-3 record and 2.99 ERA. |
